We aspire to help the refugees in our community, and other families and individuals in need.
The St Andrew's Foodshare Program currently operates four days a week (Tues-Fri, 10 A.M. - 3 P.M.) providing emergency food parcels to individuals and families who live in our local area (Corio, Norlane, Lovely Banks, Bell Post Hill...etc) and who are going through a tough time, and hold a current Centrelink benefit card. One per household per month. The Foodshare is located in a small building up the driveway to the left hand side of the Op Shop. A standard food parcel will include basics such as milk, cereal, bread and pasta, as well as the option to add some other items if we have them available at the time. The contents of a food parcel will vary.
